But after all, who is Francisco Marques? The young seminarian became known in Portugal in July 2021 when he was on some television shows talking about his personal friendship with Pope Francis. According to Francis’ social media, Dolores and Elma met with the seminarian in Rome, where they took a tour of the Vatican. Armageddon revelations discussions? Statistical data reveals an apocalyptic code that points to end-time events right now. The pattern was so strong and unusual that it appeared to be nothing short of miraculous. As can be seen from above, between the years 2015 and 2078, ‘Holy or Maundy Thursday’ ONLY falls on the 13th day of Easter April twice. This must be significant, especially if one recognizes the importance and prevalence of the number 13 in the last 15 years of professional American sports. The fact that 13 American professional sports teams named after either heavenly angels or Christian saints have won 30 major national championships in the last 15 consecutive years alone makes one realize that all of the aforesaid has something to do with God and Christianity. It only stands to reason that this must be so.

But what about the bolide, asteroid or comet of The Third Secret of Fatima that is supposed to hit the ocean and cause a deluge that wipes out entire continents from the face of the earth? If the late Malachi Martin was correct about the events of The Third Secret of Fatima occuring by 2018, then the date of April 13, 2017 is the likely date of the Garabandal ‘Miracle’, since most people would not even be alive to receive the ‘Warning’ if it were given after the deluge. Unlike the said spirits from Heaven, the author’s said spirit was in horrible condition and appeared polluted. Flakes at the bottom of the author’s spirit represented the author’s deplorable sinful mistakes in life. Such markers of sin in the author’s spirit can be likened to the “specks” and cloudy “shade” that appeared in Saint Anna Maria Taigi’s luminous “sun” disc that was given by Heaven to aid her in her mission to God. The sun afforded her the same kind of light to Anna Maria, and she exercised by its means a continual control over her dispositions and behavior; as she saw her involuntary defects, in this luminary in the form of shades, or specks, like flies; and when the servant of God humbled herself, imploring forgiveness, the sun immediately returned its cloudless luster.” According to Entry 83 of Saint Faustina Kowalska’s Diary, Jesus Christ related to her that before the expected Day of Judgment of God’s wrath can occur, the Day of Divine Mercy must first precede it. For the Divine Mercy prepares the world for the Second Coming of Christ. (Entry 429). And as Jesus again stated to the saint: “He who refuses to pass through the door of My mercy must pass through the door of My justice.” (Entry 1146). First Secret: has something to do with Medjugorje and that will serve to shock and awaken the world to the existence of God. Second Secret: is most likely the same as the secret at Garabandal in which the Illumination of the soul is witnessed by everyone on earth at the same time. (See: Message of June 4, 1995.) It did occur on May 6, 2019 as witnessed by the author of this work. Third Secret: after the first two events of the secrets occur, a permanent visible sign from Heaven will manifest at Mount Podbrdo or Apparition Hill, the site of the apparitions. (NOTE: The heavenly sign at the apparition site will be similar to the sign prophesied to occur at the apparition site at Garabandal, Spain and at Bayside, New York (Directive to Veronica Lueken, May 30, 1973). But Seer Mirjana emphasized that conversion must be done now before the sign manifests itself, otherwise, it would be too late and one would be doomed.)

These years appeared to have been a Christian dynasty for American professional sports teams. Of the 32 teams in the NFL, only 4 are named after Christian saints or angels. Bible stories : Fruits Of Spirit? Goodness – agathosune: Goodness is kindness with an edge. It is fierce kindness, able to do the right thing even if it’s hard, even if it hurts someone. “Good” in the New Testament is nearly always associated with God (James 1:17). Faithfulness – pistis: Faithfulness in this verse does not mean loyalty or dependability. It means belief in God, acknowledgement of His Word, surrender to Him, and the actions that naturally result from that surrender (Hebrews 11:1). When we possess the Spirit’s fruit of faithfulness, we are full of faith/trust in God.

Galatians 5:22-23: 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. The fruit of the Spirit is what grows in us as born-again believers and helps us to show the love of God to those who don’t know Him. The closer we grow to God, the more of the fruit that becomes evident in our lives.

The “Fruit of the Spirit” is a great passage of scripture for kids that immediately gives them something they understand and can relate to-fruit! This series of lessons gives you a great opportunity to include activities, crafts, songs and games revolving around cheerful, colorful objects. The emotion of great delight or happiness caused by something exceptionally good or satisfying. Joy gives spiritual strength. Heb 12:2 says, “Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God”. Primarily, peace with God. When we are sinners doing the works of the flesh, we are rebels against God. When our rebellion ends and we are forgiven, then we are at peace. This kind of peace doesn’t come through laying around on vacation, entertainment, drugs, alcohol, sex or wealth. The spiritual fruit of peace results from being justified by faith. Romans 5:1 says, “Therefore, since we have been justified [made right; declared innocent or guiltless] through faith [in what Christ accomplished for us on the cross], we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ”.

A better translation is “faithfulness”, the act of being faithful. Doing what you say you are going to do. Being known as someone people can trust because you are reliable. Webster’s Dictionary defines faithful as “maintaining allegiance; constant; loyal; marked by or showing a strong sense of duty or responsibility; conscientious; accurate; reliable; exact. Humble and patient. Meekness is not being mousy or weak, but rather a servant-like submission to God and others in your care. Your spirit is free from rebellion and pride. Meekness or humility is defined as “freedom from pride and arrogance; modest estimation of our own worth.” Humility or meekness is the opposite of pride. The Bible says in I Peter 5:5 that God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble. And Psalms 37:11 plainly states that “the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.”

The phrase “the fruit of the Spirit” has caused a great deal of confusion over the years. Perhaps it would be best to begin by explaining what the fruit of the Spirit is not. It is not the result of any effort anyone can make. Not the effort to have faith or to obey or to be loving and kind. The fruit of the Spirit has nothing directly to do with any exertion a believer can make.

The Parable of the Friend at Night video and FREE coloring pages for children? Jesus tells us to ask and keep on asking (Matthew 7:7), and whatever we ask in God’s will is assured to us. He had just taught the disciples to pray the Lord’s Prayer, which includes the phrase “Your will be done” (Luke 11:2). So, putting it all together, we see that we are to be persistent in asking for God to work in our lives and answer our prayers according to His perfect will and timing, having confidence that He will do so.

Upon reflecting on these three verbs, “Richard Glover suggests that a child, if his mother is near and visible, asks; if she is neither, he seeks; while if she is inaccessible in her room, he knocks” (as cited by John Stott, The Message of the Sermon on the Mount, p.184). I think Glover gets the metaphoric language of Jesus just about right. So, we are to keep on asking. This is what we do when we are certain that the one we are imploring is near and can hear. And we are to keep on seeking. This expects an action on our part. We have to actively look for the one we are imploring. And we are to keep on knocking. This expects further action after having located the one we are imploring. It pictures us as persistently banging on the door to get the person’s attention.

But beyond this simple point, Jesus also ties the question to the preceding context when He describes the man in the story as in need of bread. Notice that Jesus has just taught the disciples how to pray by use of what has come to be known as “The Lord’s Prayer.” And in verse 3 He has said that they should pray, “Give us day by day our daily bread [ἄρτος].” So, in this parable Jesus wants to encourage the disciples not to be afraid to keep asking every day for their daily bread. He wants them to know that they can be confident in seeking God to meet their daily needs. If a friend would get up in the middle of the night to give us bread when we have need, then wouldn’t God also give us our daily bread? Especially since He has commanded us to ask Him daily for it? Jesus is not comparing the reluctant friend with the heavenly Father; He is contrasting the two. Jesus is not saying that the heavenly Father is like the reluctant friend who needs to be persuaded many times before he would help. He is saying that if even a reluctant friend will give out of a person’s persistence, how much more will the heavenly Father give out of our persistence. In verse 13, Jesus says that if we, who are evil, know how to give good things, how much more the heavenly Father. Again, He is contrasting the two.

The Parable of the Mustard Seed meaning? So, the picture painted in the Parable of the Mustard Seed by Jesus is of the humble beginnings of the church experiencing an explosive rate of growth. It grows large and becomes a source of food, rest, and shelter, for both believers and false professing individuals that seek to consume or take advantage of its benefits while residing or mixing among what was produced by the seed (1 Corinthians 5:1; 6:7; 2 Corinthians 11:13; Galatians 1:7). In other words, Jesus predicts that, while the church will grow extremely large from just a small start, it will not remain pure. While this is not a condemnation of the “bigness” of modern Christianity, it does show us the greatest burden that comes with it. The Parable of the Mustard Seed is both a prediction and a warning. Matthew 13:31-32 tells the parable of the mustard seed: “The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field. Though it is the smallest of all your seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and perch in its branches.” Using parables, Jesus related truth through intriguing stories with familiar settings. Our grasp of this parable hinges upon a correct understanding of its key elements: the sower, the mustard seed, the great tree which grew from it, and the birds which perched on its branches.

Jesus told us this story and he says that the kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed. It’s one of the smallest seats, but when planted, it grows to become one of the biggest garden plants that even birds can come and perch and find shade and shelter. You know that’s pretty crazy is that all of us, when we were about one week old inside of our mother’s belly, we’re about the size of a mustard seed. After two months, we were the size of a blueberry. For months we were the size of an Apple, and at nine months, just before we were born, we were about the size of a watermelon.

You know, some of us have grown pretty big since then, but even the tallest and biggest person is still really small because we live in such a big world. Did you know that it would take about 350 days to walk around the world? That’s 30 million seconds, but guess what? Even our world is really small. Our world could fit into the sun about 1 million times, but you know the craziest thing is our God is even bigger than the sun. In fact, our God is bigger than anything you could imagine. Now, that’s a pretty big God, but you know, Jesus tells this story because he wants to tell us that when we get a little bit of God into our lives, that that changes everything.

Our God likes to use really small things and really small people to do really big things. We use David who is just a small boy to take on a giant named Goliath. He used a man named Gideon who was the smallest of his family to be the leader of an army. Jesus when he was on earth, even went to eat at the house of a very tiny man named [inaudible] who was so small that in order to see Jesus, he had to climb into a Sycamore tree. Now, that’s the really cool thing about God is that no matter how small we are and we all are very small, he still wants to use us. The kingdom of God, says our Savior, is like the mustard seed, which “is smallest of all the seeds on earth” (vv. 30–31). Now, of course, we know that there are some seeds smaller than the mustard seed. In fact, in first-century Palestine, smaller seeds than mustard seeds were planted, and Christ certainly knew that. But our Lord’s point in this parable is not to give us a lesson in botany. In the culture of the day, the mustard seed was often used proverbially for the smallest thing one could think of. Jesus adapts that use in this parable. His point is that the beginning of the kingdom is tiny to the point that it seems insignificant. Hardly anyone notices its start, just as almost no one pays any attention to a mustard seed.
